Future of California Elections is a collaboration that includes election officials, advocates for effective government, and civil rights and civic engagement organizations working to modernize elections and expand participation.
The FoCE model of collaboration is a dynamic and effective force for strengthening California's democracy because it brings together multiple viewpoints, including considering the needs of traditionally underrepresented groups such as voters with disabilities and limited English proficient voters.
Our members advance key issues in voter registration, the voting experience, and election administration, and host an annual conference that brings together election stakeholders from across the state.
We are the only statewide network working with local communities, election officials, and the office of the California Secretary of State on implementation of the California Voter's Choice Act (VCA), which expands voters' options for how, when and where they cast their ballots.
